Title: Personnel Recovery (PR) Coordinator

Description:
NEK is seeking qualified personnel for an upcoming contract in support of U.S. Southern Command’s Combined Country Personnel Recovery Centers. Operational Environments (OE) include Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru.

Major Responsibilities:
- Advise and inform the Personnel Recovery Center Director/Deputy Director on PR matters.
- Manage PR activities.
- Monitor PR coordination for training and active missions.
- Assist with all aspects of an isolating incident by monitoring the report, locate, support, and recover tasks; supporting and responding to the requirements of the recovery force and the isolated individual(s).

Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate of Joint Personnel Recovery Agency (JPRA) PR 102, 240 and 301 courses.
- Possess a Top Secret Clearance (CI Polygraph may be administered).
- Fluency (2+/2+ min) Spanish language rating.
- Minimum of three years of recent experience in Personnel Recovery to include planning, coordinating and implementing Evasion Plans of Action (EPA).
- Experience in developing and managing an in-country personnel recovery capability (regional or functional Recovery Center).
- Be cognizant of the most recent regulations and doctrine governing Peacetime Government Detention/Hostage Detention training and SERE - Level C Code of Conduct training from the Joint Personnel Recovery Agency.
- Be physically fit and be able to walk cross-country through mountainous terrain for distances of 10 kilometers.

Highly Desired Requirements:
- Possess DoD SERE training.
- Served in an advisory capacity to Military Group and/or Military Assistance Advisory Group Commanders.
- Recent SOF operational experience.
