Supply Chain and Logistics Security

LI provides armed escorts worldwide for protection of cargo moving on land from factory to port, or port to distribution facility, as well as other transit stops.  LI security professionals develop route security plans designed to protect the customer’s assets from point of origin to their ship load destination point.  Depending on requirements, LI can either provide internal security forces or provide comprehensive training plans and instructors to improve existing security and controls.

Threat and Vulnerability Assessments

LI provides comprehensive Threat and Vulnerability Assessments (TVA) in support of the user’s security needs.   These services provide the user risk mitigation of identified threats and weaknesses through a thorough evaluation of security plans, policies, and implementation.  Utilizing advanced threat assessment methodologies and proprietary software programs, LI provides a three-phased approach to client requested assessments including pre-assessment evaluations, a detailed on-site evaluation of security plans and operations, and a detailed post assessment report of all findings. Additionally, LI can provide penetration or “Red Cell” exercises, force on force evaluations and we can script detailed exercises and training for the customer.  The instructors employed by LI are highly experienced assessment professionals with extensive official and commercial assessment experience.
LI “Red Cell” or penetration exercises test electronic security and customer Information Technology (IT) systems and networks.  Our team of highly experienced technicians utilize advanced data mining, link analysis, and geo-spatial and geo-representation software programs to develop a test plan using open source data mining, cover and concealment, elicitation and unconventional techniques to attempt access to hardened facilities.  These exercises not only test active security force measures, but also penetrate the customer’s entire IT system, providing data on system weaknesses and penetration points. Post penetration exercises will be followed by After Action Reports and “hotwashes” to ensure that the customer’s security force is aware of the procedures followed by LI.
